Hire a jobsite crew without a middleman

JobsiteCrew is a classifieds board for construction labour. Subcontractors and crew leads post the work they can take; general contractors post the crews they need. Both sides see real phone numbers, so a gap in the schedule gets filled with a call instead of a bidding round.

Every listing carries the details that actually decide a hire: trade, crew size, whether the rate is hourly, daily, or per project, certifications held, whether the crew brings its own equipment, and how far it will travel. Listings run for 30 days and then expire, so what you are reading is current capacity rather than a directory of everyone who ever signed up.

JobsiteCrew does not take a commission, hold funds, or mediate disputes. It charges for commercial posts and nothing else — the work you agree on is between you and the crew.

How JobsiteCrew works

  1. Post what you have or what you need

Crews post an Offering listing with trade, crew size, rate structure, and travel radius. Contractors post a Seeking listing with the scope and the start date. Either takes about two minutes.

  2. Your listing runs for 30 days

Personal posts are free, up to 25 a month. Commercial posts carry a flat fee paid before the listing goes live. Listings expire on their own, so the board keeps showing real availability.

  3. The other side contacts you directly

Every listing shows call, text, and WhatsApp buttons that reach the person who posted it. There is no messaging relay, no lead fee, and no platform sitting in the conversation.

  4. You agree terms off-platform

Rate, schedule, scope, and payment are settled between the two parties. JobsiteCrew does not escrow money, invoice on your behalf, or take a percentage of the job.

Common questions

What is JobsiteCrew?
JobsiteCrew is a construction-labour classifieds board operated by Summit Lane Digital, LLC. Crews and subcontractors post the work they can take, general contractors post the crews they need, and the two sides contact each other directly by phone, text, or WhatsApp.
What does it cost to post a crew?
Personal listings are free, with a cap of 25 posts per month. Commercial listings carry a flat fee per post, paid before the listing goes live. There is no commission on the work and no charge to contact someone.
How long does a listing stay up?
Thirty days. After that a listing expires automatically and stops appearing in search, which keeps the board showing crews that are actually available rather than posts from last season.
Who handles payment for the work?
You do. JobsiteCrew does not hold funds, run escrow, issue invoices, or mediate disputes. Rate and payment terms are agreed directly between the contractor and the crew.
How do I contact a crew?
Open the listing and use the call, text, or WhatsApp buttons. The contact details belong to the person who posted the listing. There is no relay inbox and no fee to make contact.
Can general contractors post that they need a crew?
Yes. Choose the Seeking listing type and describe the scope, the location, and the start date. Crews browse Seeking listings the same way contractors browse Offering listings.
Which trades are on JobsiteCrew?
Electrical, plumbing, drywall, framing and carpentry, concrete, and roofing each have their own category. An open Other trades category covers masonry, glazing, welding, demolition, low-voltage, and multi-trade crews.
Do you verify crews, licences, or insurance?
No. Certifications shown on a listing are supplied by the person who posted it. Verify licences, insurance, and references yourself before hiring, the same as you would with any referral.
